Purchase Warranty


All sales are final; No Refunds and No Exchanges.

We DO NOT offer any upgrades for ring mountings.

We offer center/main diamond upgrades. You may upgrade your diamond at any time in the future utilizing the credit paid for the diamond towards the new diamond purchase.

We guarantee our diamond and gemstone ring mountings which comes at no extra charge to the client. This guarantee excludes the main center diamond, gemstone, and or any other center stone.


Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc offers complimentary anytime polishing, cleaning and inspection of all diamond rings and jewelry purchases made with us for the lifetime of the item.

For this warranty to remain in effect, however, you must have your jewelry inspected at least every six months by our company jeweler.

If your ring/jewelry is not inspected every six months as required by the warranty, then you will be subjected to a charge for any repairs regarding items (i.e. missing stones/diamonds, damaged setting, etc.)

The warranty of your purchase is non-transferable and will be voided should the ring be worked on by any other jeweler other than at Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc.


Client is responsible for all wear and tear of diamond and jewelry purchases through Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. Any diamonds/stones and jewelry items that are broken, chipped, bent out of shape, or damaged in any shape or form should be reported to the client’s jewelry insurance company to start a claim for the necessary repairs.

Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. does not repair or replace any items without proper claims and communication through the client’s insurance. Client and his/her jewelry insurance company is responsible for all costs associated with such repairs. We advise all clients purchase Jewelry Insurance through their own insurance, or through Jewelry Mutual. Appraisals are provided at the time of purchase, should your insurer need any additional information, please contact us and we will provide further assistance.


Any Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. clients residing anywhere outside the state of Texas are subjected to the warranty terms only once a year. Clients can ship their items to our business location once per calendar year, at minimum, for necessary inspections/cleaning. If client has missing diamonds/stones within that calendar year of sending, they will not be charged as it is under warranty.

If client exceeds the one-year mark, and has diamonds/stones missing from item, they are subjected to the repair costs and charges.

Client is responsible for all shipping costs.

We require special shipping instructions in order to ensure safe transit and delivery of items.

When sending any jewelry items to us for repairs, you must follow the insured shipping instructions provided to you.

DO NOT ship any items to our offices without proper procedure, approval or without our knowledge.

Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. is not responsible for any items that are missing or lost in transit due to negligent shipping from client.
