Returns/Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Diamond and Gold Warehouse will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item. Items need to be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Any modified or sized item(s) are non-refundable. Custom Designs and Custom Orders are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure the item meets the following criteria:

  1.  Product is in original packaging,
  2.  Product hasn’t been used or damaged
  3. Ring has not been resized
  4. All certificates and receipts are included in your return.

Can I Return my custom order?

All custom orders are final sale, and may not be returned.

Can I Exchange my order?

Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of original purchase day. Exchanged orders follow the same policy as returns. Custom orders are final sale, and can not be exchanged.

Products

Do you have an upgrade policy?

Yes. Our upgrade policy applies to our loose diamonds only. You can exchange your diamond for the purchase value, with an additional 50% value towards the new diamond. To learn about upgrading your ring setting, visit our Sell Your Jewelry

How do I find my ring size?

It’s important to know your true ring size. Many rings can not be resized, and must be remanufactured. If possible, we recommend heading to a local jeweler for help in getting your accurate ring size by them. You can also download our Ring Size Guide.

Is all jewelry stamped?

Yes. Our jewelry is stamped with its proper karat.

Are all your diamonds certified?

Most of our diamonds greater than 40 points are certified.

Can I buy a ring setting without purchasing a diamond?

Yes. Ring setting are prices excluding center stone, and can be solely purchased.

How do I get an item repaired?

We only repair items that have been purchased at Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. You have a 30 day warranty on your purchases from Diamond and Gold Warehouse. We guarantee our diamond and gemstone mountings at no extra charge to you. For this warranty to remain in effect, you must have your jewelry inspected every six (6) months by Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. The warranty is non-transferable to a second party. It is voided should the purchaser have another jeweler work on the item other than Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc.

Can you resize my ring?

Most rings can be safely resized one size up, or one size down. However, some rings cannot be resized, and must be re-manufactured. Any rings needing to be remanufactured due to customers giving incorrect ring size incur an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss your ring sizing options.

This order is a surprise. Is your packaging discreet?

Our external packaging is not marked with "Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc." for security reasons. However, our jewelry and engagement ring presentation boxes have Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc logos.

Do you provide jewelry insurance?

We do not offer jewelry insurance. We strongly encourage you to insurance your property in the event of damage. Please contact us for our recommended jewelry insurers.

Do you include insurance appraisals with purchases?

A complimentary insurance appraisal is included with each jewelry purchase.

Pricing

All Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. prices are the current SRP (Suggested Retail Price and are subject to change. Diamond and Gold Warehouse, Inc. reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Shipping/Orders

Shipping Charges on Website Purchases (subject to change):
$0 - $999                $20 flat rate - UPS/FedEx
Over $1000 +         $30 flat rate - UPS/FedEx

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Upon placing your order, allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Allow an additional 10 business days to receive your package. In the event your order should take longer than expected to be delivered, we will contact you.

Can I customize my order?

Yes. We offer custom design services to our clients. Please contact us to learn more about the custom design process.

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

Yes. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes. For our mutual security, your package require a signature from recipient.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, your shipments are insured.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we only ship to the US.

Can you ship to a different address than the one I provided in checkout?

No, we can only ship products to the address you provided at checkout.

Payments

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal for our online purchases. We accept all major credit cards, cashiers checks, and bank wire transfer. For credit card payment, please call us at 972-404-4499.

Do you offer financing?

No, we do not offer financing. Jewelry and/or diamonds must be paid in full upon purchase.
